We are pleased to announce that Markforged is merging with A* | one to become a public company. The Markforged name will be retained, and the combined company will be listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol MKFG.

This is an exciting next step in our mission to reinvent manufacturing today so our customers can make anything they imagine tomorrow.
