Smooth TPU 95A is a rubber-like material that, when used with Markforged composite printers, offers product developers and manufacturers the ability to produce flexible, shock-absorbing parts on demand.

In the past, manufacturers have struggled to produce flexible parts in small quantities. Conventional methods for manufacturing custom geometries in these materials typically require one-time tooling, resulting in high startup costs and long lead times. Few, if any, 3D printing systems can produce usable parts with the consistency and mechanical properties required for production.
