Seit Januar 2021 sind die Aluminiumpreise um \u00fcber 50 % gestiegen, und Experten gehen davon aus, dass der Anstieg auch in den n\u00e4chsten zwei Jahren anhalten wird.<\/p>\n<p>Laut der Jyske Bank ist die weltweite Aluminiumknappheit auf einen erh\u00f6hten Materialverbrauch zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, der auf drei Faktoren basiert: erh\u00f6hte Ausgaben f\u00fcr Konsumg\u00fcter aufgrund von Konjunkturpaketen, erh\u00f6hte Investitionen in nachhaltige Technologien, die auf die Verwendung von Aluminium angewiesen sind (z. B. Windturbinen, Elektroautos) und die chinesische Produktion und den Verbrauch von Aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts dieser Aluminiumknappheit bietet die Markforged Carbonfaser eine geeignete Alternative. Viele unserer Kunden verwenden es, um Teile aus bearbeitetem Aluminium zu ersetzen. Carbonfaser hat das h\u00f6chste Verh\u00e4ltnis von Festigkeit zu Gewicht unter unseren Endlosfasern. Sie ist sechsmal st\u00e4rker und achtzehnmal steifer als Onyx und wird h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr Bauteile verwendet, die gefr\u00e4stes Aluminium ersetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn sie in ein Verbundstoff-Basismaterial wie Onyx eingelegt wird, k\u00f6nnen daraus Teile entstehen, die genauso stark sind wie 6061-T6-Aluminium.
