Es ist viel sicherer, erschwinglicher und einfacher zu bedienen als alternative 3D-Druckverfahren f\u00fcr Metall. Mit dem Metal X k\u00f6nnen Benutzer komplexe industrielle Teile in nur einem Tag herstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Metal X System verwendet ein additives Fertigungsverfahren namens Metal FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication). Bei Metal FFF werden Verfahren aus dem Metall-Spritzguss (MIM) in das FFF-Druckverfahren f\u00fcr Kunst- und Verbundstoffe integriert. Bei FFF-3D-Druckern wird ein Spulenfilament durch eine hei\u00dfe D\u00fcse extrudiert, um ein Teil Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht additiv aufzubauen. Filamente gibt es in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Materialien, von Prototyp-Kunststoffen \u00fcber industrielle Thermoplaste bis hin zu Metallen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Metall-FFF kann eine Vielzahl von Metallen gedruckt werden: z. B. Werkzeugst\u00e4hle, rostfreie St\u00e4hle, reines Kupfer und Superlegierungen wie Inconel 625. Das Filament besteht aus einer Formulierung von Metallpulver, das durch Polymer und Wachs gebunden ist, \u00e4hnlich wie bei MIM-Feedstock.
