In Dixon Valves Fertigungsstandort in Chestertown, Maryland (USA), werden&nbsp;diese Roboter gew\u00f6hnlich f\u00fcr den Transport&nbsp;von Teilen eingesetzt. Kraft, Sicherheit und chemische Best\u00e4ndigkeit sind die Schl\u00fcsselkomponenten in Dixon Valves effizienter Arbeitsumgebung. Bei Tausenden unterschiedlichen Ventilen, Formst\u00fccken und Messger\u00e4ten, die hier hergestellt werden, ist f\u00fcr jede Produktlinie spezielle Ausstattung notwendig. Zum Beispiel spezielle Werkzeuge,&nbsp;Spannvorrichtungen und Klemmbacken.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Reichweite<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bevor Dixon Valve die Klemmbacken 3D-gedruckt hat, wurden sie individuell maschinell angefertigt. Einige Greifwerkzeuge mussten extern gefertigt werden. Hier war immer gro\u00dfer Zeit- und Kostenaufwand zu erwarten. Die Teile m\u00fcssen pr\u00e4zise, stabil und chemie- und verschlei\u00dfresistent sein. So konnte ein Roboterarm bereits innerhalb von 24 Stunden mit neuem Werkzeug ausgestattet werden. Eingebettete Verst\u00e4rkungsfasern gaben den 3D-gedruckten Teilen mehr Stabilit\u00e4t.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOnyx ist eines meiner Lieblingsmaterialien, weil es sehr festen Verbundwerkstoff mit der chemischen Resistivit\u00e4t von Nylon kombiniert. Ein neues Set Klemmbacken kann mit dem MarkTwo in weniger als einem Tag hergestellt werden.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als leistungsstarkes neues Werkzeug erm\u00f6glicht der MarkTwo neue Produktionsl\u00f6sungen mit beispiellosem Zeit- und Kostenaufwand. Die Arbeitsweise bei Dixon Valve ist nicht mehr dieselbe. Everett erkl\u00e4rt, dass&nbsp;Prozesse und Pl\u00e4ne ge\u00e4ndert wurden, damit dieses \u201cbahnbrechende Produkt\u201d seinen Platz darin findet. Durch die Einbindung des 3D-Druckers in den Workflow des Unternehmens konnte sich Dixon Valve weiter vergr\u00f6\u00dfern und verbessern. Feste, stabile und qualitativ hochwertige Teile zu niedrigen Kosten produzieren zu k\u00f6nnen, ist Dixons Schl\u00fcssel zum Erfolg.
