Der Grund hierf\u00fcr liegt oft an mangelnder Wartung des Druckers oder an falscher Lagerung der Materialen. Ist das Ergebnis Ihres 3D-Druckes nicht zufriedenstellend, sollten Sie unbedingt der Ursache auf den Grund gehen und herausfinden,&nbsp;warum das Bauteil nicht der gewohnt hervorragenden Druckqualit\u00e4t entspricht. Nur so k\u00f6nnen in Zukunft Fehler vermieden und Ihre Bauteile auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau gedruckt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Markforged Desktop-Serie \u00fcberpr\u00fcft der Drucker in einem Intervall von 5 Layern seine Position, indem er eine Referenzfahrt zum Nullpunkt durchf\u00fchrt (hinten rechts). Hierbei kommt es zu einem \u00dcberschuss von Material, welches der Drucker beim Wiederansetzen am Bauteil in Form von F\u00e4den ablegt.<\/p>\n<p>Das &#8220;Absetzen&#8221; des Materials wird dabei mit gro\u00dfer Wahrscheinlichkeit durch <strong><em>feuchtes Material<\/em><\/strong> verursacht. Um zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob feuchtes Material der Grund f\u00fcr die nicht gewohnte Qualit\u00e4t ist, f\u00fchren Sie Bitte folgende Tests durch.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;line-height:1.2;\"><strong>Der Pause-Test<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Bei den Markforged 3D-Druckern haben Sie jederzeit die M\u00f6glichkeit den Druck zu Pausieren. Sobald Sie auf den \u201ePause\u201c-Button auf dem Display dr\u00fccken, f\u00e4hrt der Druckkopf in seine &#8220;Parkposition&#8221; hinten links. Nun m\u00fcssen Sie einen Blick auf die D\u00fcse werfen. Dort sollte KEIN Material austreten. Dabei nehmen Sie ein St\u00fcck des Filamentes und brechen es ab. L\u00e4sst sich der Faden abbrechen, ist es trocken. Denn nur mit einwandfreiem Material erreichen Sie einwandfreie Ergebnisse.<\/p>\n<p>Bei einer unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfen Trocknung k\u00f6nnen wir leider keine Gew\u00e4hr auf qualitativ hochwertige Druckergebnisse geben.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-7 fusion_builder_column_2_3 2_3 fusion-two-third fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:66.666666666667%;width:calc(66.666666666667% - ( ( 4% ) * 0.66666666666667 ) );margin-right: 4%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>Besonders wichtig ist es, dass hygroskopische Material immer in der Trockenbox mit den Silicagel-P\u00e4ckchen zu lagern und diese sicher zu verschlie\u00dfen. Andernfalls kann das Material die Feuchtigkeit aus der Umgebung aufnehmen. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass die beim Material mitgelieferten <strong>Silicagel-P\u00e4ckchen<\/strong> <strong><u>immer<\/u><\/strong> <strong>mit in die Trockenbox gelegt werden<\/strong>. Dabei gilt beim Tauschen der Material-Rolle: Alte P\u00e4ckchen raus und neue P\u00e4ckchen rein.<\/p>\n<p>Haben Sie sicher gestellt, dass Ihr Material trocken gelagert wird, sollten unsch\u00f6ne F\u00e4den am Bauteil der Vergangenheit angeh\u00f6ren und die Qualit\u00e4t den gew\u00fcnschten Anforderungen entsprechen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-8 fusion_builder_column_1_3 1_3 fusion-one-third fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:33.333333333333%;width:calc(33.333333333333% -
