Not many machines can reach 280mph in five and a half seconds – but for Larsen Motorsports<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, this is the norm.<\/p>\n These jet powered drag racing cars are marvels of precision engineering, and can reach incredible speeds in a quarter of a mile. Part of what allows them to achieve these feats is the manufacturing technologies they employ – including industrial 3D printing achieved with Markforged 3D printers.<\/p>\n In this 6-minute video, the Larsen Motorsports team including driver Josette Roach<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, who has been racing since she was 16 years old, show off their machines and how they push the limits of engineering with 3D printers. <\/p>\n<\/div>
