The Markforged Sinter-2 is a high-performance, high-quality oven \u2013 affordable, large and reliable. The Sinter-2 effortlessly transforms brown (washed) parts into their almost completely dense metal form by heating to the specific sintering temperature for the material. Based on 30 years of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology, it is ideal for sintering larger sized parts and batch Production. Several components can be sintered at the same time!<\/p>\n
With a huge active hot zone (22,283 cubic centimeters), the sintering furnace-2 fits the full volume of the Metal X. It’s the perfect solution for larger parts or mass production. This furnace sinters the entire range of commercial metals from their brown (washed) condition to fully dense metal parts.<\/p>\n
The sintering furnace can be controlled via USB, network connection. The data for sintering is also determined by the EIGER software.<\/p>\n
