KILZ® KLEAR High Performance Sealer is a fast-drying, water-based clear primer designed to seal porous and chalky surfaces indoors and outdoors. It bonds, seals, and creates a tough, flexible, breathable film, ideal for same-color repaint projects or for locking down chalky surfaces without altering the existing color.
