3D Laser Scanning and 3D Printing in action
This event is a collaboration between FARO and Mark3D UK, bringing together cutting edge 3D laser scanning and 3D printing technology in North
Wales.
You’ll see first hand how 3D scanning can be used for reverse engineering; capturing the forms of existing objects, and how those scans can be 3D printed in a matter of hours. At this event, we’ll be scanning a Harley Davidson motorbike live!
From Mark3D, Lynn Smith will be talking through additive manufacturing, and presenting examples of how businesses big and small are modernising their manufacturing with Markforged printers.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn from decades of engineering and additive manufacturing experience, and to see the cutting edge of measurement and 3D printing technology in one place.
